Your Terms and Conditions of Sale

It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions govern exclusively the sales of products by the sole trader Frederic ANTOINE on the website www.paleo-passion.com. These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping costs (see Shipping/Delivery Times and Costs).

1.2 - Paleo-Passion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of your order confirmation.

1.3 - Products remain the property of Paleo-Passion until full payment is received by Paleo-Passion.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed in writing, reiterating this contractual information, no later than the order confirmation stage.

Article 3 - Validation

You declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. Therefore, validating your order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the website www.paleo-passion.com constitutes proof of all transactions between Frederic ANTOINE and his customers.

Article 4 - Availability

The website www.paleo-passion.com is a retailer and is not intended for selling the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, paleo-passion reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities, starting from 3 identical items. Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock, excluding promotional offers specifically indicated as such on the website. In the event that a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will then be automatically canceled, and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General Information

Products purchased on www.paleo-passion.com are delivered in France and internationally. Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process, at the latest by the date, taking into account the order processing and shipping time indicated in the ordering process.

If delivery is by a carrier requiring an appointment with the customer, the carrier will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment, no later than 30 days from the date of your order confirmation. Paleo-Passion cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due solely to the customer's unavailability after several delivery attempts by the carrier, nor for any failure to meet the delivery deadlines indicated by the shipping company.

When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery dates, the delivery date will be based on the latest date. www.paleo-passion.com reserves the right to split shipments. The processing and shipping fee will only be charged once.

In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery date initially provided. In the event of a delivery delay, we will offer you a new delivery date by email. In any case, if the delay exceeds 7 days, you have the option to cancel your order within 60 business days, in accordance with legal provisions. In this case, if you received the product after your cancellation, we will refund the product and return shipping costs upon receipt of the product, complete and in its original condition.

We also encourage you to regularly check your order status and contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns.

5.2 - Reservations

You must notify the carrier and www.paleo-passion.com of any reservations regarding the delivered product (for example: damaged or already opened package). Then, depending on the circumstances defined in Article 13.1 below, you may be eligible for the exchange and refund conditions outlined in that article.

5.3 - Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked delivery, which does not require a signature. If you would like delivery with signature confirmation or insurance, an additional fee will apply; please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a copy as soon as possible.
